The organizer of the competition, the Culture Ministry, said Keidosiute scored the highest number of points among 10 applicants.
Keidosiute has degrees in cultural history and anthropology from the Vilnius University's Faculty of History, and a degree in Jewish culture and history from the Southampton University (United Kingdom).
Currently, the post of Lithuania's culture attache in Israel is held by Paulius Pilinkus. Keidosiute should take the position after receiving a credibility certificate and written approval from the foreign minister.
