In 2016, the company would focus more on residential property projects in Lithuania, which would account for approximately 60% of the total investment, Hanner chairman, Arvydas Avulis, said in a press release on Thursday.
Commercial property projects would account for the remaining approximately 40%.
Overall, the company will invest 80 million euros in projects in Lithuania, Latvia and Romania this year – a rise of 10% from the year-earlier investment of 73 million euros.
In foreign markets, Hanner will spend the largest amounts on projects in Romania and Latvia. In Romania, the company plans to continue with the development of a residential district and in Latvia – with the development of a residential and commercial complex.
