The new Polish initiative aims at the coordination of the Polish media in Lithuania cooperation. The need for such action resulted from the complicated situation in which the Polish media in Lithuania occurred. The delegates of the Polish editorial offices in Lithuania have agreed that together they will find it easier to acquire funds, resolve various problems, and coordinate their activities. A crucial aim of the Association will be to improve the cooperation with Lithuanian, Polish, and international institutions dealing with the promotion of the media.
