Countries were ranked by a set of indicators related to human development, such as education achievements or health outcomes.
Norway was placed at the head of the ranking. Next countries were: Australia, Switzerland, Denmark, the Netherlands, Germany, Ireland, United States and Canada.
Poland was on 36th place, Lithuania - 37th. Estonia was valued higher than Poland and Lithuania - 30th place, while Latvia - 46th. Belarus and Russia got 50th place.
