80 deputies voted for the immunity revocation. Deputy N. Venckienė did not take part in the meeting due to her illness. N. Venckienė's supporters accepted the verdict with tears in their eyes.
The deputy was supported by her supporters belonging to the faction chaired by her, deputies of the EAPL and the Labour Party. 23 deputies voted against the immunity revocation, while 15 abstained.
The prosecution service intends to present N. Venckienė accusations of public court affront, non-execution of a court decision regarding handing over the girl to her mother Laimutė Stankūnaitė, obstructing a bailiff in executing this decision, etc.
