“We value a strong strategic partnership with France. We are like-minded on many key issues. Cooperation between Lithuania and France is crucial for strengthening Europe’s security and defence capabilities, supporting Ukraine, and striving for just and sustainable peace,” the Minister said.
Lithuania and France cooperate closely on defence and security in various formats: NATO and the EU, bilaterally and multilaterally. France is one of the most active participants in the NATO Baltic Air Policing mission.
