- having met in Lublin on September 5, 2024 on the occasion of the official visit of the President of Lithuania to Poland to commemorate the 455th anniversary of the Union of Lublin, which has been the greatest political achievement in the history of the friendly co-existence of our Nations;
- recognizing symbolic dimension of this meeting at the Lublin Castle, where the Union was signed in July, 1569 and honouring the wisdom and far-sightedness of the leaders of the then Kingdom of Poland and the then Grand Duchy of Lithuania, whose joint efforts led to the emergence of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth;
- acknowledging the legacy of the Union and the heritage of the Commonwealth as the solid foundations for strengthening strategic ties between Lithuania and Poland;
- marking the 30th anniversary of the Treaty on Friendly Relations and Good Neighbourly Cooperation of the Republic of Lithuania and the Republic of Poland of April 26, 1994, which has defined the framework of Lithuanian - Polish relations, and willing to spare no effort in the said agreement being implemented in its entirety.

- We express our satisfaction with the state of the strategic collaboration between Lithuania and Poland and our readiness to further deepening of strategic partnership in all areas.
- We stress the importance of this cooperation, especially in the context of the extremely dangerous geopolitical shift in our eastern neighbourhood, evoked by the aggressive regime in Moscow and supported by its Minsk acolytes. We will further increase Lithuania - Poland security and defence cooperation in response to common threats in the region.
- We stand in solidarity and remain fully committed to the continous strengthening of our States‘ meaningful contribution in the defence capabilities of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, which we find the ultimate guarantor of security, peace and stability in our region and transatlantic security in general. We seek readiness, implementation, and effectiveness for NATO defense plans and stress the interest in strengthening defense industry cooperation.
- We confirm our contribution to NATO unity, solidarity, and preparedness. Emphasizing the significance of a strong transatlantic bond and a continued allied military presence in the region.
- We sustain our robust support to reinforcing euroatlantic ties, which we find vital for the security and economic prosperity of this precious area of shared values and long history of mutually beneficial collaboration. In this context the upcoming Presidencies of the European Council of Poland in 2025 and of Lithuania in 2027 are of particular significance.
- We share broad common interests in economic cooperation and support the expansion of two-way investment. We seek to strengthen the cooperation in areas such as defence industry, cybersecurity, clean energy, digital economy, finance, trade.
- Emphasizing the important role that scientific and cultural collaboration plays in our bilateral relations, we share a common interest in activating strategic and sustainable cooperation between Lithuania and Poland in the fields of science, studies, and culture, showcasing their contributions to the future of Europe and to global scientific and culture advancements.
- We reaffirm our supportive stance to the people of Ukraine in their defence efforts against the unprovoked,unjustified, illegal, full-scale Russian military
- Addressing the entire international community of like-minded countries, we call for enhancing efforts to provide Ukraine with adequate assistance in rebuilding its critical infrastructure.
- We find Ukraine and the Republic of Moldova an inherent part of the European family of free nations. We strongly support their Euro-Atlantic integration efforts and commend their progress in implementing reforms, calling for speedy EU accession process.
- We uphold our steadfast support to all regional formats, which Lithuania and Poland are parties to, especially the Bucharest Nine (B9), the Three Seas Initiative (3SI) and the Lublin Triangle.
- Based on the achievements of all previous 3SI summits, as well as 3SI business fora, seeking the continuity of the dynamics that the 3SI was given at the Vilnius summit in 2024, we look forward to further successful developments of the format at the Warsaw summit in 2025. We find the upcoming 10th anniversary of the auspicious evolution of the 3SI to serve as a good opportunity to recalibrate this format so that it faces new challenges in a better, more effective way..
- We express our strong support to boosting regional connectivity, especially along the North-South axis, which we find crucial for building necessary resilience against risks and hostilities both our countries have experienced from the authoritarian regimes of Russian Federation and Belarus and which we find to be the source of primary threat to peace and stability in our direct neighbourhood.
- We reaffirm our commitment to the Lithuanian - Polish Presidential Council established in 2020 and praise its role in strengthening our bilateral relations and strategic partnership.
