69 deputies voted for the amendments, 11 were against, and 26 abstained. These amendments are intended to expand the capabilities of rights restitution to once owned land that was considered as the land subject to redemption by the state.
According to the amendments, persons that requested the restitution of property rights to land in cities can change the way of compensation for their plots before 1st March 2015 if they decide to apply for to equal wooded parcel.
These persons may request compensation for land purchased by the State for which the State has not yet paid, in the form of granting a wooded plot in rural areas.
