SOCIAL DINNER
On 11 July 2023, the President of the Republic of Lithuania, Gitanas Nausėda, will host NATO Heads of State and Government for a social dinner at the Presidential Palace in Vilnius (Simono Daukanto Square 3).
A pool of summit accredited media representatives will be organized to cover the arrivals of the leaders. The registration process will be managed by the Office of the President of Lithuania. To request access to the pool, accredited media representatives must fill in this form. Registration is open until July 7, 5 pm EEST.
Pool cards for the NATO Social Dinner will be distributed at the Media Centre. Media representatives registered for the pool will go through security check at the Media Centre and will travel to the Presidential Palace by dedicated buses. There will be no other way to reach the NATO Social Dinner venue. Information regarding the time and place of the media pool departure will be available on screen at the Media Centre and the Info Desk on the day of the event.
Please note that the pool from the Media Centre to the Presidential Palace will depart well in advance before the start of the event, which may conflict with other events taking place at the Summit. Please plan your resources accordingly.
Coverage of the arrivals by the Host TV will be streamed live at the Summit Media Centre and available for download.
Information for official media: Official media will be asked to arrive at the premises of the Presidential Palace in advance by dedicated shuttle service or by foot. There will be no opportunity to travel together with your leader. Photographers and videographers will not be able to enter the venue together with the delegation.
Special transportation will be provided for the official media from the Media Centre to the Presidential Palace. Information on the time and place of departure will be available at the Info Desk at the Media Centre on the day of the event and will be communicated to delegations directly.
Official media arriving to the Presidential Palace on foot will have to enter through Universiteto Street (there will be a police check at the entrance where the official media representatives will be asked to show their badge and ID). After the police check, the official media will enter the Presidential Palace and go through a security check. Official media representatives must arrive at least 30 min before the arrival of their leader in order to join the pool.

SPOUSES AND PARTNERS PROGRAM
A special program, hosted by the First Lady of Lithuania, Diana Nausėdienė, and the Spouse of the Secretary General of NATO, Ingrid Schulerud, will be organized for the Spouses and Partners of the Heads of State and Government. Media pools organized to cover some parts of the program.

Pool cards for the event will not be distributed. Media representatives are expected to arrive on their own. It is advised to arrive at least one hour before the event to go through security check. Please note that no media will be allowed to enter the venue. Photos and video material will be distributed by the Host Nation later that day.
