The Presidents of Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia will meet in a trilateral format. During the meeting, the three Baltic leaders will discuss regional security and defense, irregular migration on the EU’s eastern border with Belarus, transatlantic cooperation, and the fight against climate change. The Presidents of Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia will also meet virtually with Polish President Andrzej Duda. The meeting between the four leaders will focus on irregular migration and the situation on the EU’s border with Belarus.
The Declaration on the Baltic Climate Neutrality, which provides for joint action and cooperation between the Baltic States in a number of areas in order to make a transition to a climate neutral economy and to implement the pledges made at the Glasgow COP26 summit, is also planned to be adopted.
