The U.S. presence here together with NATO allies is the main factor of deterrence and peace preservation in our region. The interoperability of Lithuanian and U.S. forces is increasing as a result of the equipment we are buying from U.S. manufacturers, used by the U.S. forces too. We continue developing a particularly intense military cooperation,” Vice Minister M. Abukevičius said.
