Preventing the entry of Belarusian electricity into the Baltic market means preventing financing the ambitions of the Minsk regime at the expense of the citizens of these countries. Lithuania has brought forward an idea of Latvia and Estonia working out a joint methodology for electricity trade with third countries.
The Prime Ministers have also talked about infrastructure projects. A priority that is also very important for national security is the completion of the Rail Baltic project by 2026.
