L. Linkevičius participates in teleconference of Foreign Ministers of Baltic states

On 29 April, the Minister of Foreign Affairs Linas Linkevičius took part in a teleconference of the Foreign Ministers of the Baltic states and discussed the possibility to relax the quarantine regime in a coordinated manner, as well as to gradually facilitate travel conditions for citizens. L. Linkevičius said that both the epidemiological situation and COVID-19-related restrictions were very similar in all the three Baltic states. Lithuania’s Foreign Minister also called for practical action to renew travel. The Foreign Ministers of Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia agreed to put forward proposals in the near future on the conditions of movement of people among the Baltic states.
