The aim of the visit of the delegation was to learn about the best practice of Lithuania's executive and judicial bodies, examples of management and solutions to tax related matters.
Visitors from Azerbaijan were interested in Lithuania's public management policies, peculiarities of budgetary procedures, ongoing tax reforms, innovations in the field of management of public sector organisations, system for human resources management, real examples of innovations implemented in various state institutions.
Innovative organisation management methods introduced in the Office of the Government were also brought to the attention of the delegation of Azerbaijan.
