High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Frederica Mogherini will present actions taken to implement the Action Plan on Military Mobility.
In the session on the Permanent Structured Cooperation (PESCO) Minister R. Karoblis is going to thank the PESCO Secretariat for reviewing the National Implementation Plans and will present Lithuania’s position regarding the rules of PESCO project management.
