The President and James Mattis will discuss bilateral military cooperation and specific measures to further reinforce the security of Lithuania and the region.
The United States - NATO’s biggest member - plays a vital role in strengthening the alliance and making it more effective. Dalia Grybauskaitė and James Mattis will also discuss preparations for the upcoming NATO summit to be held in Brussels on May 25.
The United States has always been and continues to be an important and committed partner of Lithuania.
