President Dalia Grybauskaitė extended congratulations to President Enrique Peña Nieto of Mexico on Independence Day.
"On behalf of the Lithuanian people and on my own behalf, I would like to extend congratulations on the occasion of Mexican Independence Day. I send my best wishes for your continued strength and success as you work for the good of your country," the President wrote in her message of congratulations.
The President also offered many good wishes for long years of security, well-being and prosperity of Mexico and its citizens.
