Delegation of the Ministry of National Defence led by Director of the International Relations and Operations Department Robertas Šapronas were in attendance on Lithuania's behalf. The Ministry of Defence of Kazakhstan was represented by a delegation of the Defense Ministry of the Republic of Kazakhstan headed by Chief of International Cooperation Department Colonel Adil Bekov.
The Director of the International Relations and Operations Department also delivered a lecture at the National Defence University and met with representatives of Military Strategic Studies Centre.
