‘Žalgiris’ won against Irish players and made it to the second UEFA selection phase

Lithuanian vice-champions 'Žalgiris' football players managed to regain their success and won against Irish 'St. Patrick's Athletic' in the game in Dublin, Ireland.

This Thursday, ‘Žalgiris’ players Mantas Kuklys and Kamilis Bilinski both scored goals at 45th and 52nd min respectively. The intrigue was created by the Irish player Killian Brennan who responded at the 85th min with a goal from 11 meters tag line.

 

Lithuanian players got four yellow cards – Ramūnas Radavičius, Artūras Žulpa, Egidijus Vaitkūnas, and Mantas Kuklys.

 

The first match between Lithuanians and Irish was in Vilnius and ended in a draw 2:2.
