The placement period is 2–4 months (the latest ending date is 30 September 2015).
All full-time degree students are welcome to participate, except those who have already used more than 10 months (or 22 if they are students of integrated study cycle) of their Erasmus studies/placement mobility in their current study cycle. Only last year students can participate in the competition for the Erasmus+ recent graduate scholarships.
Students with disabilities or special needs are eligible for additional funding to cover the extra costs incurred (due to disability or special needs) during the mobility. Please contact the coordinator (contacts below).

Selection Criteria
- student's motivation;
- good knowledge of the language which will be used during the traineeship;
- student's experience in work, studies, placement, social activities, international or academic projects in Lithuania and abroad;
- compatibility between the chosen traineeship and the student's study programme;
- studying results (first year MA students should attach transcript of records of their BA / MA degree to the application form);
- student's ability to independently solve problems.

Higher priority is given to:
- students who have placement as an obligatory part of their study programme;
- students who have never participated in the Erasmus placement programme.

Competition results will be sent to every participant via e-mail and published on the VMU website and the bulletin boards on 9 December 2014.
