The event is organised by the Law School, the JusGov – Research Center for Justice and Governance, the Informatics Departments at Engineering School and the Centro Algoritmi of Minho in collaboration with the Intelligent Systems Associated Laboratory (LASI).
Since 1987, ICAIL has been the foremost international conference addressing research in Artificial Intelligence and Law. It is organized biennially under the auspices of the International Association for Artificial Intelligence and Law (IAAIL) and in cooperation with the Association for the Advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AAAI).
Submission of papers is out of the deadline, but interested Arqus researchers can register to attend one day, two days or the 5-day full conference in person or online. There are three registration modalities: early registration until 12th May, regular registration from 13th May to 4th June, and late registration from 5th June. Please, note that the registration prices differ depending on the type of participation (in person or online) and the moment of registration (early, regular or late).
