Seminar participants will explore the importance of emotional intelligence in their personal and professional lives and the impact that emotional intelligence has on organizational performance.
The workshop uses 3 assessments to examine emotional intelligence, locus of control and personality.
Participants will have a renewed understanding and appreciation of their own and others' levels of emotional intelligence. They will discover new ways of connecting the dots between different generations in their workplaces.
Dr. Ray Smith earned a PhD in Organizational Leadership and currently teaches in the MBA program for Belhaven University (USA) and Anglo-American University (Czech Republic).
He is also a member of the Fulbright specialist program, and directs the Center for Leadership Studies at Anglo-American University.
