Academics from Latvia and the Netherlands will take part in discussions and make presentations. Lithuania's Education, Science and Sport Minister Algirdas Monkevičius will participate.
At 10:20-10:40 a.m., Radboud University Public Administration Prof. Michiel de Vries from the Netherlands will discuss, "The Emergence of a New Policy Generation."
