Firstly, the LitSat-1 developed by the Kaunas University of Technology was released and that immediately after that – LituanicaSat-1 developed by the University of Vilnius.
The LitSat-1 team is on sentry-go in the Kaunas University of Technology. It is expected that the first contact will be available on Friday. It is planned that the first generation of satellites will fly over Lithuania at 10.30 a.m. and later – about 12.30 p.m.
The rest of the team settled new Liepiskiu communications station near Vilnius.
