Among the individual programmes that were evaluated the study programmes of Social Work and Sociology took the leading position among the Lithuanian universities in particular fields.

Lithuanian University of Educational Sciences (LEU) is among the leading universities of Lithuania in the newly published third edition (April 2016) of the largest global university ranking U-Multirank. LEU received 8 A‘s and took the 3rd position in the final ranking of Lithuanian HEIs.
