Scientific, technological and societal developments are occurring in rapid succession. Jobs are changing. Students are being trained for jobs that do not yet exist. Getting one certificate at the start of your career is no longer enough. Lifelong learning is the new norm.

Participants' exchange knowledge and experiences should lead to input for the European Commission's broader flagship initiative Agenda for New Skills and Jobs.
The conference will include pitches, workshops and a plenary debate.
