More than 45 million euros has been invested in the startups established by the Lithuanians this year, i.e. 1 million euros more than in 2014, based on investment information available to the public.
The Lithuanian-founded clothing exchange platform Vinted ranked first with 25 million euros investment attracted this year. Vittamed, a neuro diagnostics medical device company, was second with a 9.3 million euros financial injection made in October.
Trafi, the developer of traffic schedules system, attracted the 5.8 million euros investment early this year while TransferGo, a payment service provider, raised 2.3 million euros in the first stage of investment in the latter part of the year.
