There were 150,100 registered unemployed persons in the country on November 1, up by 2.5% month-on-month but down 0.6% year-on-year.
Some 23,400 new job-seekers were registered with labor exchange offices last month, down by 3.9% from October 2014. Employers registered 28,900 new job vacancies, up by 0.4%.
"The labor market calmed down somewhat as the fall season reached its midpoint," the Labor Exchange said in a press release.
Some 49.6% of the unemployed were men and 50.4% were women.
