The building, located in Vivulskio Street, will be the most expensive item on the list. Its initial price will be set at EUR 5.31 million.
At this stage the team of bankruptcy administrator Gintaras Adomonis also hopes to sell the last of three luxurious apartments in Vilnius Old Town. The starting price for the 104 square metre apartment with a parking spot in Gaono Street is EUR 332,870. Two similar apartments located nearby were already sold last year.
The bankruptcy administrator is also selling other apartments in Vilnius, Druskininkai, Klaipeda and Siauliai.
Buildings of bank Snoras branches in Alytus, Kaunas, Taurage, Siauliai and Mazeikiai will be put up as well. Administrative building in Vilnius' Zirmunai district, recreation facilities in Zolyno Street, land near Pilaites Avenue and Vilnius Western Bypass, hotel in Vingriu Street will be made available too. Buyers will be able to acquire wood processing company in Kelme District, a cafe in Basanavicius Street in Palanga and other properties as well as dozens of paintings owned by the now defunct bank.
As reported, the activities of bank Snoras were suspended on 16 November 2011. The Bank of Lithuania addressed the court on 24 November requesting to initiate bankruptcy proceedings. The bankruptcy case was launched on 7 December 2011.
