Based on the data of Statistics Lithuania, housing in new construction buildings became by 2.8% cheaper. Of them, flats in one and two dwelling buildings fell by 10%, whereas in multi dwelling buildings by just 0.1%.
In the fourth quarter of 2014, compared to the fourth quarter of 2013, aggregate housing prices increased by 2.7%.
Prices of flats in old construction multi-dwelling buildings increased by 8.1%, while in one or two dwelling buildings fell by 16.1%. Prices of flats in new construction multi-dwelling buildings increased by 7.2%, whereas in one or two dwelling buildings by 2.4%.
