In II quarter 2014, against II quarter 2013, the volume of construction work carried out within the country increased by 18%, working day adjusted – 17.9%.

In II quarter 2014, against II quarter 2013, the volume of construction work carried out outside the country increased by 0.4%.
The share of construction of civil engineering structures accounted for 52% of total construction work carried out within the country (LTL 1.1 billion), i.e. by 13.9% more than in II quarter 2013.
The share of construction of non-residential buildings accounted for 36% (LTL 768 million) of total construction work carried out within the country, or by 12.5% more than in II quarter 2013.
In II quarter 2014, volume of construction of residential buildings amounted to LTL 248 million, or by 70.2% more than in II quarter 2013, and accounted for 12% of total construction work carried out within the country.
In I half-year 2014, the volume of construction work carried out in the country amounted to LTL 3.3 billion, and against I half-year 2013, it increased by 22.9%.
