SE Oro navigacija has been operating without a permanent CEO since January 2021. Currently, acting CEO of the company is Redvita Četkauskienė, Head of the Legal and Document Management Division.
Eligible candidates must have at least 3 years of managerial experience in a company with at least 100 of employees, as well as experience in initiating, planning and implementing infrastructure or investment projects. Experience in aviation sector and in an international company would be an asset.

Candidates’ compliance with the set requirements and their eligibility for the vacancy are to be assessed by the selection committee set up by the Ministry of Transport and Communications. AIMS International Lietuva, an external executive search company selected by way of a tender, is to perform a selection procedure.
SE Oro navigacija renders air traffic services, communications, navigation and surveillance services, and aeronautical information services to aircraft operating in the airspace of the Republic of Lithuania as well as the areas above the territorial waters.
