New large LNG shipment from Norway arrives in Lithuania's Klaipeda

A new large shipment of liquefied natural gas (LNG) from Norway arrived in the Lithuanian port of Klaipeda on Sunday, marking the 12th such delivery in the gas year that started last October. The Arctic Princess docked at the Lithuanian FSRU Independence on Sunday morning, having arrived from Norway's Melkoya port, where Equinor has a LNG production facility, according to the vessel position tracking sites Marinetraffic.com, Myshiptracking.com and Vesselfinder.com. It brought around 140,000 cubic meters of LNG, Klaipedos Nafta (Lithuanian Oil), the oil terminal operator in Lithuania, told.
