For consumers, who use from 500 cubic meters to 20000 cubic meters, the natural gas tariff should be reduced from LTL 1.87 (EUR 0.54) to LTL 1.45 (EUR 0.42) per cubic meter.
For consumers, who use more than 20000 cubic meters, the natural gas tariff will be reduced from LTL 1.84 (EUR 0.53) to LTL 1.42 (EUR 0.41) per cubic meter
The company says that due to decreased natural gas import price and compensation for year 2013, variable component of the natural gas tariff decreases for all household customers subgroups. The fixed component of the natural gas tariff for all household customers' subgroups from 1 July 2014 shall remain unchanged.
Natural gas tariffs for household customers will be submitted for verification by the National Commission for Energy Control and Prices.
Lietuvos Dujos also informs that due to the agreement reached in May 2014 by Lietuvos Dujos with the gas supplier Gazprom on natural gas, imported by the Company, price decrease, the Company in the nearest future will present proposals for all its 6.5 thousand non-household customers to amend the terms and conditions of the natural gas purchase and sale contracts, which will allow to reduce the price of natural gas (product).
