The Coral Fungia came from Russia's Baltic Sea port of Vysotsk, where Novatek has a LNG facility, and docked at the FSRU Independence on Tuesday morning, according to the vessel tracking websites Marinetraffic.com, Myshiptracking.com and Vesselfinder.com.
Klaipedos Nafta, the Klaipeda LNG terminal's operator, has told that the tanker was to deliver 9,500 cubic meters of LNG.
Six large LNG cargoes of 138,000 cubic meters of LNG each have also arrived in Klaipeda from the Norwegian port of Melkoya, where Equinor has a LNG production facility, since early October.
The terminal's users have booked regasification capacity for over 19 TWh of gas, or roughly 20 large LNG carriers, for the current gas year ending in late September 2020.
