In management of the building materials and household goods chain, N. Pačėsa assures that he will not only strengthen the company's leading position in Lithuania, but also he will seek for the international development of the company, Senukai press office reported.
"I accepted the proposal to lead the company for two reasons – the possibility to contribute to the ambitious company's international expansion plans, and the desire to implement the business strategist's experience acquired at the ISM University of Management and Economics, informs en.delfi.lt.

My aim is to strengthen the company's positions in the Lithuanian and international markets", – said N. Pačėsa.
He emphasized that, in management of one of the largest companies with the strongest positions held in the Baltic States, he will seek to strengthen the competencies of the team, and its orientation to the international objectives. "I am a team person, therefore, it is very important for me that managers around me would not lack independence and managerial competencies, and that each employee would be encouraged to become involved in the processes in the company. I am willing to share my knowledge and experience with the company's existing managers, and, if necessary, to add new employees having necessary experience to the team. As I perfectly know the situation in the Lithuanian labour market, I will seek to attract suitable and motivated employees. I believe that we will become one of the most desired employers in Lithuania", – stated N. Pačėsa.
When N. Pačėsa held the ISM director's position, one of the priorities of his activity was international expansion. During six years of leadership in ISM, N. Pačėsa was expanding international academic partnerships with more than 100 partners in more than forty countries; he established relationships with leading USA universities. Professors of the best European business universities became the members of the ISM Senate.
N. Pačėsa worked at ISM University of Management and Economics for 13 years, he was its manager for 6 years. As a former director, he does not intend to withdraw from the academic activities – he will remain a member of ISM Board and University's strategic business consultant.
