According to the primary plan, the stadium, the kindergarten and other buildings for public use could be constructed in this territory. This territory would be fitted for the development of the infrastructure of the business, industry, recreation and the residential objects," said Member of the Council of Kaunas city Gintare Skaiste who participated in the MIPIM.
