The area of undisclosed size but spanning three of the building's four floors has been leased to the Swedish retailer by GO9's new owner, Swedish East Capital's Baltic Property Fund II. To stand out from the rest of the retail centre's tenants, the H&M store will have a separate entry.
H&M currently operates in 49 countries and has 2,900 stores. The network employs more than 100,000 people.
The very first stores of the Swedish retail-clothing H&M in Lithuania were opened in 2013. This year, 3 more new stores to be opened in Vilnius city, Siauliai city and Panevezys city.
