"All these issues will be considered at the end with regard to the situation of economy, our economic potential in 2015 and, of course, the opinion of social partners. At the moment, this issue is not considered by the trilateral cooperation partners," said Sadzius after the Government's sitting on Wednesday.
However, according to the finance minister, the minimal monthly salary could be increased next year.
"The minimal monthly salary cannot be frozen. It has to be corrected in accordance with the adequate proceedings. As soon as the trilateral partners (the Government, the employers and the trade unions) reach the agreement, the minimal monthly salary has to be corrected to reflect the average salary increase in the country," said the minister of finance.
