"We received the offers yesterday night. At the moment, the experts of the negotiating group are analysing them and they will present the conclusions to the Prime Minister next week," said representative of the Government Rita Grumadaite.

Lithuania's President Dalia Grybauskaite said that these verbal offers were negotiable; however, none of the state's heads considered the opportunity to approve of them, as soon as there were no written offers.
