"Today (February 19th), the decision to allow creating the special corporations in Kaunas and Vilnius whose 51 percent of the shares is owned by the state and 49 percent – by private business and the municipalities was made," said Lithuania's Prime Minister Algirdas Butkevicius after the Government's sitting on Wednesday.
The Prime Minister did not think that the decision to build the waste incineration power plants in Kaunas and Vilnius were to be postponed due to this decision.
