The completion of already planned transactions will bring their total value to 340-350 million euros for the whole year of 2018, the company estimates.
Trade-purpose real estate continues to lead in terms of investment value for a second year in a row, attracting 52% of 330 mln euros. 40% has been invested into offices, and storage and production-purpose real estate has taken the remaining 8%.
The sale of the Ozas mall to South African real estate company NEPI Rockcastle, worth 124.6 mln euros, has been the biggest deal so far this year. The sale of the Verslo Trikampis office complex came in second. It was purchased from MG Valda by a fund managed by Lewben Investment Management for more than 60 mln euros.
The total value of all investment transactions over 1.5 mln euros in value stood at 312 mln euros.
