Such results were presented by the analysts of the company Inreal in the annual conference of the Lithuanian Real Estate Development Association.
According to the experts, the active investment were continued in the business centres of Lithuania's capital – 2 business centres were open and 6 business centres were in process of construction.
"Despite the new projects, the vacancies in the capital continued decreasing – in 2013 they decreased from 7.1 to 3.5%," said representative of the Inreal Arnoldas Antanavicius.
On Kaunas city and Klaipeda city, the vacancies had also decreased. In Kaunas city – from 6.9 to 5.8% and in Klaipeda city – from 18.1 to 14%.
