According to Director General of the Ober-Haus Vytas Zabilius, the growth was influenced by the recovering situation in the real estate market and the concentration on the quality of the services as well as the specialists' trainings and the improvement of the motivation system.
The number of the services provided by the Ober-Haus in Lithuania has increased by 16% and reached 7182 in 2013 (for comparison – in 2012, the number of the services provided by the Ober-Haus in Lithuania reached 6182).
