Consolidated net profits dropped by 48.2% to 3.96 mln euros, according to the company's report filed with the Center of Registers.
The group employed a workforce of 2,908 in late 2017, up from 2,582 a year earlier.
Kesko Senukai Lithuania holds 50% plus one share in Romos Holdingas, and Romos Prekyba, a company of Kesko Senukai Lithuania, owns the remaining shares.
Kesko Senukai Lithuania is owned by Finland's Kesko and the Rakauskas family.
