Klaipedos Nafta CEO Mindaugas Jusius says that the oil terminal's flexibility allows the company to achieve good loading results.
"Loading rates, compared to the same period last year, were higher because of our lasting work with clients and flexibility of the terminal, which allows to reload different types of products," Jusius said in a press release.
"This year, we are planning to continue exploiting our strengths and increase the efficiency of investments," he added.
In May alone, the company's revenue fell by 3.4% year-on-year to 8.5 million euros.
In the five months, oil product loadings at the Klaipeda oil product terminal and the Subacius fuel storage facility increased by 15.9% from a year ago to 3.079 million tons. The LNG terminal's regasification volumes were down by 12.1% to 3.7 million megawatt-hours (MWh) of gas.
