The allocation of the LNG terminal's capacity means that the LNG terminal's consumers will be able to allocate the LNG terminal's capacities for the gas activities and (or) for the low small scale LNG overload. They can be allocated for the various terms taking into consideration the interest of the LNG terminal's consumers.
"Having allocated the capacities, the LNG terminal's consumers will have the right to use the terminal's infrastructure by the applicable rules of the LNG terminal's usage. In such a way, the transparent and non-discriminative accessibility to the newly created infrastructure for all the gas suppliers is created," said Director General of the Klaipedos Nafta Rokas Masiulis.
