The construction work carried out within the country accounted for 94% (LTL 2.3 billion) of the total construction work, outside the country – 6% (LTL 138 million).
Against II quarter 2013, the volume of construction work carried out within the country increased by 31.6% at constant prices (seasonally adjusted – by 4.9%), outside the country – 6.6% at constant prices.
In III quarter 2013, against the same quarter of 2012, the volume of construction work carried out within the country increased by 15.3% at constant prices (the influence of working days factor wasn't significant). The volume of construction work carried out outside the country increased by 9.8%.
The share of construction of civil engineering structures accounted for more than half of total construction work carried out within the country and amounted to LTL 1.3 billion, i.e. by 11% more than in III quarter 2012.
The share of construction of non-residential buildings accounted for 36% (LTL 826 million) of total construction work carried out within the country, or by 21.9% more than in III quarter 2012. The share of construction of residential buildings accounted for 8% of total construction work carried out within the country, i.e. by 19.4% more than in III quarter 2012.
Over three quarters of 2013, the volume of construction work carried out within the country amounted to LTL 4.9 billion; against the same period of 2012, it increased by 8.3% at constant prices.
