"In September, we planned that the real growth of the GDP in 2013 will reach 3.7%. I would say that there is a serious risk that we will not be able to reach such a number but, nevertheless, the growth will be significant," said Rimantas Šadžius.
Last week, Statistics Lithuania informed that in the 3rd quarter 2013 Lithuania's GDP, estimated based on available statistical data and econometric models, amounted to LTL 32.6 billion (EUR 9.4 billion) at current prices.
Compared to the same quarter of 2012, real GDP change, seasonally and working day adjusted, stood at 2.2%, compared to the 2nd quarter 2013 – 0.1% (seasonally and working day unadjusted, GDP grew by 2 and 9.8% respectively).
