During July-September, number of sales in Vilnius has increased by 21% compared to the second quarter of 2013 and by 49% compared to the third quarter in 2012.
Meanwhile, other largest Lithuanian cities could not boast of such increase in sales: approximately 60 apartments were sold in Kaunas and almost 70 apartments in Klaipeda.
Compared to the second quarter of 2013, during the third quarter of 2013 the sales of new apartment in Kaunas increased by 33% and in Klaipeda they increased by 6%.
